Bittersweet Ski Club Passes Are HERE!
We are again offering Bittersweet Ski Passes for students (7 + years) and their families (extended families and friends, too! Open to anyone!) through Innocademy and iCademy Global.

The pass can be used, repeatedly, at any time throughout the ski season (please read the restrictions on timeframe and days as well as black out holidays), by the pass holder! ANYONE can be part of the ski club…student, parent, family friend.

- Secure in an envelope with payment (checks payable to BITTERSWEET SKI RESORT)

Once we receive the application and payment, there is usually about a 14 school day turnaround for your information to be processed at Bittersweet and passes to be issued so please plan ahead. =)

Meet Ms. Jessenia!
Hello Inno Families!
You may or may not know me and so I thought it would be helpful to introduce myself in this new role this year. I’m Ms. Jessenia and I am serving in both a las huellas Spanish Immersion lead and to overall support behavior for our entire Y5 through 8 school. I have taught for 11 years and for both Spanish Immersion, Spanish and English Language Arts Y5-12th grade. I am very passionate about ensuring that all students feel safe and respected. My goal this year is to help students think through their actions and words in a way that creates a more welcoming and respectful community. Our four school wide expectations that we have outlined as a part of our PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention & Supports) include be respectful, be responsible, be resilient and be safe. Every teacher in our school uses this language when teaching and acknowledges the behavior expectations we strive to see at our school on a daily basis. When I have conversations with students it is because at least one of these school wide expectations was not met. The conversations that I have with students are centered around what happened, what was the intent behind the behavior and thinking through how his or her reaction can look differently next time. I offer students to partake in a restorative circle to address the harmful behavior that has happened as a way to explore moving beyond this situation. I do also have conversations around our school wide rubric with each student so that they are fully aware of consequences that result from their actions. Please reference our rubrics from our Innocademy Family Resource Guide on pages 18-20 for Young 5s thru Kindergarten, pages 21-24 for 1st thru 4th grade and pages 24 thru 27 for middle school (5th thru 8th grade). Feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your support at home!
