As a reminder…

We follow the lead of Zeeland Public Schools for all weather delays and cancellations – You will always see their weather closure announcements mentioned prior to ours. Our notices will follow shortly after. Please give us a moment to release those =).

Should there be a 2 hour delay, we will begin school at 10:45am, instead of 8:45am. Dismissal will remain at 3:30pm for that day.

We will notify our families of delays/closures as soon as possible by Email, Innocademy Facebook Page, WZZM and WOOD-TV8. Please check those sources if you are unsure if we will be in session due to weather.

OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR NEW SIBLINGS/FAMILIES HAPPENING NOW THROUGH FEB 12TH.

If you filled out your enrollment commitment form and indicated you will be bringing in a NEW SIBLING in Young 5s – 8th grade, please make sure you FILL OUT THIS LINK TO ENROLL THEM AT INNOCADEMY. This is not necessary for current students. We will simply move them to the next grade level next year.

BREAKFAST/LUNCH SIGN UP/PICK UP – FEBRUARY 5th

IMPORTANT: Please note there will be no breakfast/lunch pick up the Friday before break – February 12th, but sign ups for the following week will be open that afternoon for pick ups resuming on Friday, Feb 19th.

• THIS SIGN UP is open for next week’s breakfast/lunches
• Sign ups are for virtual learning families and iCademy only
• Deadline for sign-up are TUESDAYS AT NOON. Late responses cannot be accepted.
• Pick up will be at iCademy on FRIDAY AFTERNOONS from 2:00 – 2:15pm

BREAKFAST MENU FOR WEEK OF FEBRUARY 1ST – 5TH

Each morning all In-person learners are able to enjoy a free breakfast at school. No need to pre-order. Students can simply grab a bag on their way into school each day beginning at 8:20 am. This program replaces the free snacks previously supplied. Below is the menu for next week:

Each morning, every student is offered a bagged breakfast.  We have the items on display for the kids to see and make a choice to take it or not.  When students arrive at their classroom by 8:40, they may choose to eat breakfast then or save it for a morning snack.  When students arrive at their classroom after 8:35, they may be asked to eat breakfast as a snack when their class has a scheduled morning break.

Your local public school community recreation offerings are always great options for growing your kiddos, socially and physically! Upcoming opportunities in Zeeland included lacrosse, baseball, gymnastics, yoga, taekwondo, volleyball and more!

FEEDING AMERICA MOBILE FOOD DISTRIBUTION

Mark your calendar and share these dates with friends and neighbors! Feeding America Mobile Food Distribution takes place in the Roosevelt Elementary of Zeeland Public Schools in the west parking lot. This is a drive-thru, no contact distribution. All are welcome. No income guidelines or proof of residency required. Questions can be emailed to  lkamer@zps.org.
