REMINDER FOR MONDAY, JANUARY 18TH – TEACHER RECORDS DAY

NEW INFORMATION

ARRIVAL/DISMISSAL REMINDERS – BOTH PARKING LOTS =)

Please pull as far forward as you are able, stay in your car and move through the line to drop off or pick up your students. If you are very quickly exiting your car for any reason we thank you for wearing a mask. If your drop off/pick up requries more than 15-30 seconds, please park in a parking space, make the necessary adjustments and then proceed through the line. Thank you for helping us keep things moving safely and efficiently.

RECESS AND LEARNING TO BE FIT – WE LOVE THE OUTDOORS!

We LOVE all of the fun things Ms. Tori has been doing and is planning for our students! Please help your students dress accordingly.

BREAKFAST MENU FOR WEEK OF JAN 19-22

Each morning all In-person learners are able to enjoy a free breakfast at school. No need to pre-order. Students can simply grab a bag on their way into school each day beginning at 8:20 am. This program replaces the free snacks previously supplied. Below is the menu for next week:

Each morning, every student is offered a bagged breakfast.  We have the items on display for the kids to see and make a choice to take it or not.  When students arrive at their classroom by 8:40, they may choose to eat breakfast then or save it for a morning snack.  When students arrive at their classroom after 8:35, they may be asked to eat breakfast as a snack when their class has a scheduled morning break.

INCLEMENT WEATHER DAYS

As we do each year, for any inclement weather delays or full day cancellations, we will follow the lead of Zeeland Public Schools. We will notify our families through our Innocademy Facebook page as well as email.

As a reminder, should there be a 2 hour delay, we will begin school at 10:45am, instead of 8:45am. Dismissal will remain at 3:30pm for that day.

Also, we are not planning to flip to remote learning during one-day delays or cancellations. Should there be an extended weather event over the course of several days, and we have the opportunity to prepare for it, we will be in communication with you should we make the decision to transition to remote learning at that point.

COVID POSITIVE DIAGNOSIS?

In the event your child receives a positive COVID diagnosis, please make sure to contact us, immediately. We must continue to update the COVID transparency page on our website and be able to work with the health department in their contact tracing efforts.
