October 29, 2018

In order to be respectful to all of our students, we will not be dressing in costumes on Wednesday, October 31st, but we will be celebrating the fall season with some fun activities with our buddy classrooms.

Our Youngest Friends enjoyed their trip to Outdoor Discovery Center – – and some of our friends even caught a fish!

Our second annual robotic event is coming up on Saturday November 17th and we need your help. We are hosting 24 teams – 8 of our own and need as much help as possible to make it successful.

If you are interested in helping please visit https://www.firstinspires.org/ and sign up to volunteer for our event. Their is a process, but no cost to you. Just a little time. Outdoor Learning at Innocademy!

Screen Shot 2018-09-30 at 11.50.23 PM

Innocademy is very excited to be partnering with the Outdoor Discovery Center in Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and Middle School to move toward nature-based education.  By bringing the students outside, we are able to connect what we are learning inside the classroom to the real world around us.  There is so much great research showing the benefits of nature-based education.  To that end we are working toward getting students outside more often!
